And the world is everywhere so you're unlikely to ever meet the
people you ``work with''. You have to get used to the fact that
people have a different native language (so their emails are hard
to read) and have a different agenda than you have (so you can't seem
to get them to ``fix'' things your way). Since you interact with them
in email you have to be very careful. You have to always be civil,
you have to always answer their emails, you have to try to work
as hard as you can to give a quality answer. It can be very slow and
time consuming to interact by email but it is in the nature of open
source to be worldwide.
